Military pilot with 31 years of service (1984-2015); 3 command positions; career manager; NATO staff officer; 5 international deployments;
Graduate from the Canadian Army Command and Staff College (1996) and the Canadian Forces College (2006); masters in public administration (2014) Université du Québec; NFP Governance seminar and a post-graduate short program in diplomatic and strategic affairs (2023) Université Laval.
On top of being a member of the RCAFA for over 25 years and the actual Quebec Group president (2018), I hold the following positions:
- Director – Canadian Forces Liaison Council
- Board member – Comité œuvres charitables Conseil Laval (NFP)
- Honorary archivist of the Order of St-John Canadian Priory and officer of the Order;
- Secretary-treasurer « Institut militaire de Québec » ;
- Member French services committee – Royal Heraldry Society of Canada
- Honorary Aide de Camp to the Quebec provincial Lieutenant-governor;
A lot of my RCAF colleagues that I served with over the years are now general officers occupying key positions within the RCAF. I expect that this will facilitate communication between the RCAFA and the RCAF. Now retired, many of them hold key positions in the aeronautical industry.
