Born 1951 in Peterborough, Ontario. Graduated University of Western Ontario 1973 with a BA in Politics. Attended UWO Law fall 1973.
Withdrew from Law School with leave to reapply, in order to purchase an established Taxicab company in London. Owned, operated and expanded as a regional passenger carrier into other transportation services including School vehicles, Limousines, Airport shuttles to Toronto and Detroit, Highway coaches, City Buses, Paratransit, Non Urgent Ambulances, Chrysler dealership for 5 years, a Marina on Lake Joseph, Aviation operation which included 12 plane hangar at London Airport. Retired 2014 but continue with the hangar rental operation.
