Ralph Murphy

Thirty Nine years eight month Military career 1969 to June 2009. .

August 1994 transferred to the Air Reserve and from July 1997 to Aug 2000 was appointed as the first Air Reserve Chief Warrant Officer acting as an ombudsman for Air Reserve non-commissioned members.

CWO Murphy had thirty one year’s involvement with Col G.N. Henderson Brookfield, NS Air Cadet Squadron including six years as Commanding Officer until turning age 65.

His involvement in cadets raised his years in uniform to 46 years.

Involved with the Atlantic Group Executive since his retirement from the Air Force. May 2012 to 2055 holding position as President. From 2014 to 2015 he held the position as our Association’s National Ceremonial Advisor and this past May 2023 has taken over the President’s position again. He is also on the RCAF Association National Board of Directors as Ceremonial & Ethics Advisory Committee Chair.
