RCAFA Executive Directors Month-End Report – May 2026

May was dominated by major national events, governance work, and strategic modernization efforts. The Executive Director (ED) and EDG Team concentrated on:
- Air Force Day on the Hill (5 May) — a major success and the month’s central effort.
- Kit Shop Management & Budget Forecast meetings (6 May)
- Ongoing review of the 2026–2030 Strategic Guidance / Business Plan,
- Participation in military ceremonies, including the Afghanistan War Memorial groundbreaking (4 May)
- Trust Fund Committee work, including four grant requests and a new donation for Quebec Air Cadets
