The RCAFA Annual General Meeting will take place Monday, November 24th from 2-5pm EST via Zoom. Participants must register in advance to attend the virtual AGM. Once your membership has been verified, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include the link to the AGM.

If you are unable to attend, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf for the motions presented at the AGM. Proxy forms must be received no later than 10:00 AM ET on Thursday, November 20, 2025. Any proxy forms received after this time will not be counted.
